It is finished!

After months of preparation and buiding, Daniel has finally finished the crib! It was so exciting when he brought it in the day after Christmas! It turned out beautifully, as I knew it would because Daniel is so talented. However, I was worried about the stain because we had never used it before, but it turned out exactly like I wanted.

We found this bedding at JC Penney. It will work great for a boy or a girl, since we are wanted to be suprised (much to the disappointment of others).

Every time I go by the bed, I touch it, and think that soon we will have someone to place in there. Daniel does the same thing. It makes it more real now and more exciting!

I completely understand wanting to be surprised. I did, too. I am so excited for you both. You and Daniel enjoy every single minute because those minutes will fly by! My Daniel turned 18 yesterday. Every birthday you will relive that process of bringing a precious baby into your lives. Just remember, it gets sweeter every year! You do have a very talented husband - the baby bed is beautiful!

Oh, I'm so happy for you and Daniel. That little bed is so adorable and I love the turtles. You're going to the best mom. You'll be glad you waited on finding out what the baby is. You'd get too much pink or blue. lol Love y'all, Anita
